Upgrading RAU GEM Installation (Upgrade)
The GEM module provides Ethernet Data coverage distributed through 3rd party equipment - supports PoE connection for up to
two Access Points (APs).
This section describes how to upgrade an RAU with a GEM module enabling the distribution of RF and Ethernet data coverage
from a single unit.
Note: If digital coverage is required during Greenfield deployment then the GEM is pre-installed in the RAU.
