System configuration
CAUTION
The ECG notch filter [Hz] setting can affect ECG waveform artifacts. If there are monitoring performance
concerns, contact the hospital’s biomedical department, DrägerService, or specialized service personnel.

Selection Settings Description
ECG notch filter
[Hz]
50, 60 (default) Assigns the M300 ECG notch filter setting.
French NFC mode Off (default), On Sets the French regulation mode for M300 de-
vices admitted to this ICS.
Pacer fusion Enabled, Disabled (default) Determines whether Pacer fusion appears as
one of the selectable options (in addition to On
and Off) for the Pacer detection setting in
both the ICS Telemetry defaults and the per-
patient ECG screen in BedView.

any associated WARNINGS or CAUTIONS,
see page 151.

Selection Settings Description
Device ID User input Enables installation personnel to define the
M300 ID# (3-digit maximum) for each M300 IP
address to be used at that ICS.
IP address User input Enables installation personnel to define the IP
address for each M300 to be used at that ICS.
IMPORTANT: When setting-up the M300 ID IP
address, the 4th octet of each address must be
unique. For example:
191.2.20.163
191.2.1.164
WARNING
Special surveillance is necessary for patients with pacemakers who are monitored with pacer
detection set to Pacer fusion mode because more pacer spikes may register as integral QRS
complexes.
