M300 and M300+ series – VG3.0
To transfer data from an M300/M300+ to another M300/M300+
1 Put the M300/M300+ (containing the data you want to transfer) into standby mode (see "Enabling
standby mode" on page 87). Only patients in standby mode are candidates for transfer.
2 Proceed to the parameter box of the M300/M300+ you want to transfer the data to.
3 Select the Admit/Standby button on the BedView menu bar.
4 Select the Transfer tab (A) to access the Transfer page.
5 Select the arrow button (B) next to the Care unit field to select the desired care unit in which the
M300/M300+ is located. A list of patients in the selected care unit appears.
6 Select the desired patient from the list (D).
7 Select the Start transfer button (E).
A confirmation pop-up window appears.
ICS and M300 online help
The Help function enables you to display the ICS and M300 instructions for use from the main ICS screen.
When active, a pdf version of the instructions for use occupies the left side of the screen.
To access online help
Select the Help button from the Main screen menu bar.
To close online help
Select the Quit button located in the lower-right corner of the Help window.
About the PDF reader
Selecting Help from the Main screen menu bar launches a PDF reader, from which you can view an online
version of this IFU. The PDF reader includes several buttons and controls to assist you in navigating your
way through this online document, described in the following topic.
CAUTION
Do not select the same M300/M300+ as the source and the destination for data transfer. This action
results in discharging patient data on the M300/M300+.
