M300 – ECG alarm messages
The following table lists ECG alarm messages that may display on the M300.

reapply if necessary.

possible.

Lead-off condition detect-
ed due to:
– Broken cable(s)
– Disconnected ECG
lead wires
– Loose lead wire(s)
– Wrong lead selected
– Dried out electrode gel
– Replace defective ca-
ble(s).
– Reapply gel on reusable
electrodes.
– Replace dried electrodes
with fresh ones with good
gel.
– Select another ECG lead
for processing.
– If monitoring augmented
leads, verify that the num-
ber of selected leads in
the ECG setup page is
correct.
– Check cable(s) and con-
nection(s)
– Replace cable(s) if neces-
sary
