To create or edit an IP extension
1. Go to Extensions > Extensions > IP Extensions.
2. Click New or double-click an existing extension.
3. Configure the following:

IP The link to the IP address of the phone using the extension number. See
“IP” on page 137.
Department The link to the department of which this extension is a member.
For information on creating departments, see “” on page 166.
Disk Usage (KB) Displays the size of disk space used by voicemails for the user in
kilobytes (KB).
Phone Type The type of phone for this extension.
Phone Profile Displays the phone profile applied to the user. For information on phone
profile, see “Configuring phone profiles” on page 119.
Phone Info The model of the phone for this extension.
