To set up a general voice mailbox
1. Go to Extensions > General Voicemail > General Voicemail.
2. Click New or double-click an existing record.
3. Configure the following:

GUI field Description
Enabled Select to activate the mailbox.
Number The extension number for the mailbox. This number is for the mailbox
only and not associated with any phone.
Display Name The name displaying on the extension.
Disk Usage (KB) Displays the size of disk space used by the general voice mails in
kilobytes (KB).
