Press the latches (1).

Install the fan module in the fan bay and press down the fan module until it
locks (2).

When a system fan module fails, the remaining fans will start
operating at full speed. After the defective fan module has been
replaced, all fans will continue to run at full speed for a couple of
minutes, before resetting to a lower speed.
Ensure that all system fans reset to a normal operating speed.
