ECG Tests
Required Equipment
• Impulse 4000 (or equivalent)
ECG Connections Test
1. Verify Responder 2000 is powered on.
2. Connect ECG leads (RL, RA, LA, LL, V1) to the corresponding connectors on the ECG Simulator.
3. Plug in the ECG Cable the ECG Cable Port on the Responder 2000.
4. Change ECG source to ECGII.
5. Select ECG > Norm > 80 on the ECG Simulator and verify the following on the Responder 2000:
• The ECG signal on screen of Responder is correct amplitude and polarity
• An audible beep sounds for each ECG beat
