8-3-2 TR32 and RFI Boards Replacement Procedure
NOTE: When replacing the TR32 Boards, both boards must be of the same version. Always verify this by
examining the version number stated on the board, as shown in Figure 8-36, below.
CAUTION: When removing the boards, ESD may cause damage to a board. Always have the ESD
hand strip connected to the machine chassis and to your hand.
8-3-2-1 Tools
Use the appropriate Phillips and flat screw drivers, as indicated in the bottom assembly replacement
procedures.

15 minutes

Shut down the Vivid i n/ Vivid q N ultrasound unit, as described in - System Setup.
