6. When sample is not spotted onto slides.

Sample application problem <, @ or ¥ . Because the sample is not
applied to the slide, the
error mark <, @ or ¥ appears
continuously.
IMPORTANT
Measurement values with an
[@] mark might be incorrect.
Run the measurement again.
Check the following:
a. Make sure that DRI-CHEM Auto Tips are
being used.
b. Make sure that tips are not being reused.
c. Make sure that there are no bubbles on the
sample surface in the sample tube.
d. Check the sample for fibrin.
e. Make sure that a sample rack that matches
the sample tube size is being used.
f. Inspect the sampler O-ring. Section 6.6.1
3. When there are insufficient number of or no mixing cups.

W0151 Lack of mixing cup.
Set mixing cup and re-run the tests from the
beginning.

After you replace the mixing cups, re-run

4. During a sample volume error.

W0120 Sample shortage
Sample is insufficient. Check the sample.
Either the sample is not loaded or
the sample volume is insufficient.
Make sure that the sample volume in the
tube is within the measurable range and
an appropriate sample tube is used in
the sample rack, and then rerun from the
measurement request.
NOTE: If the sample volume is low, add
sample to the tube or perform manual
sample application.
W0060 Sample shortage
Check the sample volume.
Confirm that a sample rack matching the
sample tube size is used.
There is not enough sample
volume.
W0140 Surface detection ERR (sample)
Sample volume is too much. Check the sample
volume.
There is too much sample
volume.
5. During a sample aspiration or application error.

Clogging was detected during sampling. Check
the sample.
A clog was detected during
sample application (ejection).
E0125 Spotting clogging ERR (diluted sample)
Clogging was detected during sampling. Check
the sample and diluent.
A clog was detected during
sample application (ejection).
The sample may contain fibrin deposits.
After checking the sample, rerun from the
measurement request.
