4. Hold the two metal bars and carefully pull the incubator off the
wooden pallet using the metal rails.
NOTICE
Do not lift the incubator with the metal bars, as
otherwise the r
ear panel may be damaged.
5. Unscrew the metal bars from the rear panel of the incubator.
6. Successively lift the incubator on the left and right sides slightly
and r
emove the two metal rails.
5.2 Setting up, connecting and switching on the incubator
5.2.1 Installing the incubator
Upon consultation, the service technician can mount
the door hinges on the other side on site.
NOTICE
If there is a cold-to-warm temperature difference,
ther
e is a danger that condensate will form on the
electrical components of the incubator.
The forming condensate can cause a short circuit.
Allow the incubator to acclimate for at least three
hours at the installation site before putting the device
into operation.
■ Please check the device for perfect mechanical condition and
check the completeness of the deliver
ed articles against your
order.
■ When choosing the installation site, take the weight of the device
and its load into account. See
Chapter 9 ‘Technical data’
on page 133
.
■ The installation site must not be directly exposed to sunlight or be
located near heat sour
ces.
■ Ventilation openings may not be blocked. A distance of 100 mm
must be maintained fr
om the ventilation slots and openings of the
incubator.
