Broken belt or indexer motor fault.
Unable to move the tissue filter for any
reason.
Enter Single Chamber mode:
Select the System Status icon on the
taskbar. Select Single Chamber from
the pop-up menu.
Follow the prompts on the Technologist
display.
"No filter found"
message
Filter not in tissue filter drawer.
Insert the tissue filter into the tissue
filter drawer.
"No filter found"
message
"Filter sensor fault"
message
Broken belt.
No magnet in filter assembly.
Magnet sensor is broken.
Replace the tissue filter.
If the error does not clear, enter Single
Chamber mode:
Select the System Status icon on the
taskbar. Select Single Chamber from
the pop-up menu.
Follow the prompts on the Technologist
display.
