\4062F AC" Test
The 4062F AC test provides the following ve subtests for verifying the SWM and PG
operation.
Connection Test
Calibration
HP 8110A Self-test
SwitchTest
Pulse Test
Toverify HP 4062F after installation, you must execute connection test and calibration. So,
this section provides instructions for p erforming the connection test and calibration of 4062F
AC.
Note
To p erform the 4062F ACTest, pin boards must b e installed in the SWM at
the following slots at least:
slots: 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48.
Required Equipment
Pulse test mo dule (HP 16354F)
Digitizing oscilloscop e (HP 54121T)
HP-IB cable
20 dB attenuator
SMA(m)-to-BNC(f ) adapter
BNC(m)-to-BNC(m) cable (less than 1.5 m)
Note
The HP 54121T oscilloscop e must b e warmed up for at least one hour.
Warning
When you execute the PV4062F.ACTest, be sure that the HP 16354F is
removed from the HP 4085F SWM. Then mount the HP 16354F on the SWM
according to messages displayed by the system software.
If you mount the HP 16354F on the SWM when a v
oltage or current source
is forcing voltage or current, dangerous voltages may be present on the
connectors of HP 16354F, and may shock you.
