Description
This softkey accesses the fault information softkeys. Use this softkey
if a fault is indicated on the message line.
Fault Info 1
Indicates the latched status of PEAK, TRACK,
RAMP, SPAN, V/GHZ, and ADC.
Fault Info 2
Indicates the latched status of EEROM, PWRON,
CALCO, PLLZERO, PLLWAIT, and FNXFER.
Fault Info 3
Indicates the latched status of CALYO, CALMAN,
TMR CNFLCT, and SEARCH.
Clear Fault
Clears all latched fault status messages.
Programming Codes
SCPI: DIAGnostics:OUTput:FAULts
This command produces a string of ones and zeroes (16 bits)
separated by commas to indicate the latched status of the different
fault indicators.
