This message is displayed if any fatal errors occurred, for example: the Cell
Manager is unavailable, the Data Protector SAP R/3 configuration file is missing
on the Cell Manager, etc.
Setting parameters
To set the Data Protector OB2OPTS and the Oracle BR_TRACE parameters for the
Oracle instance ICE that is run by SAP R/3, use the following commands on the
Data Protector SAP R/3 client:
Windows
Data_Protector_home\bin\util_cmd -putopt SAP ICE OB2OPTS

• On HP-UX, Solaris: /opt/omni/lbin/util_cmd -getopt SAP ICE

Listing parameters
To list all the Data Protector SAP R/3 configuration file parameters for the Oracle
instance ICE, use the following command on the Data Protector SAP R/3 client:
• On Windows: Data_Protector_home\bin\util_cmd -getconf SAP

• On HP-UX, Solaris: /opt/omni/lbin/util_cmd -getconf SAP ICE
