Clear paper jams in the duplexer
Use the following procedure to check for paper in all possible jam locations in the automatic duplexer. When a
jam occurs, the control panel displays an error message and an animation that assist in clearing the jam.
1. Open the right door.
2. Remove any jammed paper.
3. If no jammed paper is visible, remove the duplexer.
