Clear staple jams (E77650dns, E77650zs, and E77660zs models only)
The following information describes how to clear a staple jam. When a jam occurs, the control panel displays an
error message and an animation that assist in clearing the jam.
1. Open the stapler door.
2. Pull the colored handle on the staple cartridge, and
then pull the staple cartridge straight out.
3. Lift up on the small lever at the back of the staple
cartridge to separate the staple cartridge from the
holder, and then remove any jammed staples.
