12. Download and install the latest code from IBM First (page 231).
13. Power on the printer in download mode, and load flash memory
(page 238).
14. If you encounter the failure after replacing the controller board,
reinstall the original controller board and contact your DDS and
Second Level Support.
15. Power on the printer. Run the print job again. If the message
appears, do the power supply operational check (page 258). If the
power supply fails the check, replace it. If it passes the check,
contact your DDS and Second Level Support
