Restoring The Printer To Operation
When you are finished servicing the printer, restore it to operation by following these steps:
1. Connect the host data cable to the printer interface.
2. Load paper.
3. Plug the AC power cord into the power source.
4. Close the cabinet doors.
5. Power on the printer.
6. Set the top-of-form. (Refer to the
User’s Manual.)
7. Select the emulation. (Refer to the
User’s Manual.)
8. Test printer operation by selecting and running one of the operator print tests (page 213).
9. Close the printer cover.
