The JEDEC table in the SDRAM
DIMM is missing, corrupted, or
defective. The printer uses this
table to identify the SDRAM.
Cycle power. If the message appears, replace the controller board.
167 ERROR:
PROGRAM NEEDS MORE DRAM
The printer requires more SDRAM
memory in order to run the
downloaded program.
Use a smaller emulation program (page 231).
168 ERROR: PROGRAM
NEEDS MORE FLASH
The printer requires more flash
memory in order to run the
downloaded program.
Add flash memory or use a smaller emulation program (page 231).
NOTE: The printer must have at least 8MB of flash memory for the
latest level of code to work correctly.
169 ERROR: PROGRAM
NOT COMPATIBLE
The printer is not compatible with
the downloaded program.
Use the correct emulation software option(s) for this model printer
(page 231).
