The shuttle type was not detected
at power-up.
1. Power off and unplug the printer. Remove the paper guide
assembly or top cover to gain access to the card cage. Make sure
the shuttle data and power cables are undamaged and have good
connections at the shuttle and the controller board.
2. Plug in the printer and power it on. If the message appears,
replace the controller board. Record the message and return it
with the defective board.
3. Power on the printer. If the message appears, replace the shuttle
frame assembly.
SPX FOUND, ERROR:
KEY NOT DETECTED
The controller board does not
have a security key.
1. Remove the SPX from the RJ-12 Debug Port.
2. Power down the printer.
3. Install the security key.
