7.8 HexBlock Inlet Maintenance
7.8.1 Valve and Orifice Replacement
Under clean operating conditions, the HexBlock valves can operate 1,500,000
cycles before requiring maintenance. Depending on the application and the gases
processed, valve and/or orifice replacement may be necessary.
1 Remove valve cover by loosening two screws (A) with 2.5 mm allen wrench.
(See Figure 7-29.)

2 Loosen four silver plated screws (B). (See Figure 7-30.)

3 Remove the valve.
4 Carefully remove the old C-ring (for HexBlock) or viton O-ring (for foreline
block). (See Figure 7-31.)
