6 Carefully press in place a new orifice gasket onto the new orifice.
7 Install the new orifice using a 2 mm allen wrench. Tighten the orifice to a torque
of 3-4 in-lbs (0.34 to 0.45 Nm), or approximately 1/4 turn (clockwise) past finger
tight. (See Figure 7-33.)
CAUTION
Overtightening the orifice may cause damage.

8 Install a new C-ring (HexBlock) or a new O-ring (Foreline Block). (Refer to
Figure 7-31.)
9 Install the valve and four silver plated screws. (Refer to Figure 7-30.) The
screws must be tightened:
9a Using two fingers, lightly turn one screw until resistance is felt, then back
the screw out 1/8 turn. Repeat on the other three screws.
9b Using fingers, evenly tighten all four screws.
9c In 5 in-lb. (0.6 Nm) increments, tighten all four screws to a torque of
20 in-lb. (2.26 Nm).
10 Install valve cover and tighten its retaining screws with 2.5 mm allen wrench.
