Inspection and adjustment before driving
Notice
corrosive eect on copper, bronze,
lead, zinc, aluminum, aluminum
alloys, magnesium, magnesium
alloys, solders (including lead) and
tin, etc.
When the lling gun is used for
lling, it is recommended to use
the minimum lling rate to avoid
abnormal nozzle shutdown caused
by excessive speed.
When manual lling is used, a
funnel or other diversion device shall
be used to ll slowly at a constant
speed. After the rst overow, stop
lling.
After lling AdBlue, please ensure
that the surrounding of the AdBlue
ller cap is clean to avoid diculty
in unscrewing the ller cap after
AdBlue crystallization.
The AdBlue consumption of
diesel vehicles (Euro VI) is about
0.2-0.4L/100km, and the specic
consumption is related to actual
working conditions.
Warning Warning
AdBlue that is rejected or heavily
contaminated shall be recycled to
the manufacturer for centralized
processing. It is not allowed to be
discharged directly, causing pollution
to the environment.
Do not manually ll the AdBlue
after the initial overow. Wait for the
AdBlue in the lling pipe to drain
before lling again. Repeatedly
doing so will damage the AdBlue
tank.
In case of re, a large amount of
water must be used for cooling to
avoid explosion due to the sharp rise
of AdBlue tank pressure.
In case of AdBlue splashing into
eyes, rinse with plenty of water for at
least 15 minutes and keep eyes open
during the rinsing.
In case of AdBlue splashing on the
skin, wash the skin with mild soapy
water or plenty of water.
In case of respiratory tract tingling
or irritation due to inhaling, please
move to fresh air as soon as possible.
If the symptoms persist, please seek
for medical attention as soon as
possible.
Eective volume of AdBlue: about 11L.
Do not prepare AdBlue privately. It is
recommended to purchase special AdBlue
for automobiles from regular gas stations
or after-sales service shops.
Storage of AdBlue: AdBlue for motor
vehicles shall be stored in plastic
containers at the ambient temperature
of -5°C-25°C as far as possible. The
corresponding relationship between
storage temperature and shelf life is as
follows:
Storage temperature Safe storage time
≤10℃ 36 months
≤25℃ 18 months
≤30℃ 12 months
≤35℃ 6 months
