Driving on rainy and slippery
roads
It is dangerous to drive on rainy days
and slippery roads, especially without
preparation for these slippery roads.
Notice
● Drive at a reduced speed because
the rain will worsen the sight and
increase the braking distance.
● If the tires of the vehicle are in poor
condition, braking on a slippery road
may cause the vehicle to slip or even
cause an accident. Therefore, please
ensure that the tires of the vehicle
are in good condition.
● If necessary, turn on the vehicle
headlamp and hazard warning lamp.
● If you think the brake is wet, please
gently depress the brake pedal during
driving until the brake returns to
normal.
● After driving through water, slowly
depress the brake pedal to dry the
brake when driving at a low speed.
Driving the vehicle through
deep water
In order to avoid damaging the vehicle
when driving through water, pay attention
to the following matters:
1.Determine the water depth before
wading. If there is a lot of water or
unknown water depth, the vehicle needs
to detour, and it is prohibited to force
through.
2.When the water depth is less than 35cm,
the driving speed should not exceed
15km/h, and the engine shutdown time
should not exceed 10 minutes; When
the water depth is between 35-65cm,
the driving speed should not exceed
10km/h, and the driving time should be
less than 5 minutes. The engine cannot
be turned o; When the water depth
exceeds 65cm, it is prohibited to drive
in water.
3.Under no circumstances should you park
or reverse in water, and it is best not to
turn o the engine.
Warning
● When driving through water, muddy
roads, or other road conditions, the
braking eect may be impaired and
the braking distance may extend.
This can cause accidents.
● After driving through water, do not
accelerate or brake suddenly.
● After driving through water, carry
out intermittent braking to clean the
brake and make it as dry as before.
If the trac condition permits, carry
out braking to dry the brake and
clean the brake disc. Do not aect
other trac participants to avoid
trac accidents.
● After driving through water, check
if the vehicle has been ooded.
Especially when the water depth
exceeds 65cm, stop immediately for
inspection and contact the after-sales
service store for towing if necessary.
