AUTO HOLD function (AUTO
HOLD)
After the vehicle is stopped, the AUTO
HOLD Function will automatically apply
the parking braking, and the driver needn't
step on the brake pedal or manually apply
the parking braking.
The switch position of AUTO HOLD is
shown in the gure.

AUTO HOLD
When the vehicle stops moving, the AUTO
HOLD function will immediately and
automatically apply the parking braking.
Meanwhile, the indicator on the
instrument cluster display will be lightened
to remind the driver that the AUTO HOLD
function is working.
Manual parking release
The parking braking can be released
through manual parking release.
Automatic parking release
When starting the vehicle and the driver
steps on the accelerator pedal, AUTO
HOLD will immediately release the brake,
the indicator on the instrument
cluster display will go out, and the vehicle
will start moving.
Requirements for using the AUTO
HOLD function
1.The driver's door is closed.
2.The driver has fastened the seat belt.
3.The engine is started.
AUTO HOLD memory function
If the AUTO HOLD function has been
turned on before the ignition switch is
turned o, the system will automatically
turn on the AUTO HOLD function when
turning on the ignition lock next time.
Manually turning on and o the AUTO
HOLD Function
Press the AUTO HOLD switch once, and
the AUTO HOLD function will be turned
on and the indicator will be lightened.
Press the AUTO HOLD switch once again,
and the AUTO HOLD function will be
turned o and the indicator will go out.
Notice
When the vehicle is moving forward,
press the brake pedal, the vehicle is
stationary (more than 1.5 seconds),
the automatic parking function is
activated, and the parking brake is
activated. Short parking (less than 1.5
seconds), automatic parking function
is not activated, the vehicle is not
parked.
When the vehicle is at a low speed
(less than 10km/h) during the
reversing process, when the vehicle
is stationary, the automatic parking
function is not activated, the brake
pedal is released, and the vehicle
continues to reverse.
