Compared with the traditional mechanical
pump, the high-pressure common rail
system can realize precise fuel injection
control, automatic adjustment of fuel
injection timing under full working
conditions and fault self-diagnosis. Precise
fuel injection control can reduce emissions,
improve engine performance and cut down
fuel consumption.
Diesel oxidation catalytic
converter(DOC)
If your vehicle use diesel as fuel, the
diesel oxidation catalytic converter is an
exhaust gas purication device installed
in the exhaust system of the vehicle. The
oxidation catalytic converter contains
metallic catalysts that convert harmful gases
such as carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons,
and nitrogen oxides into harmless carbon
dioxide, water, and nitrogen gas through
oxidation and reduction reactions.
The catalytic converter does not need
maintenance and replacement when it is
normally used. For replacement, please
contact the after-sales service store.
Warning
● Do not use leaded gasoline or
gasoline with more than the standard
amount of manganese or sulfur.
It is prohibited to drive the vehicle
when the fuel is too little, or the
catalytic converter will be damaged
● Do not run the engine at an idle
speed for too long.
● Do not operate the engine with the
spark plugs removed.
● Do not start the vehicle by pushing
or pulling it.
Exhaust gas recirculator(EGR)
The exhaust gas recirculator feeds a
portion of the exhaust back into the intake,
mixing it with new air to be combusted
within the cylinder. By recirculating the
exhaust in this way, the amount of nitrogen
compounds expelled is eectively reduced.
Diesel particulate lter(DPF)
Function description
Requirements for using DPF
DPF is a lter installed in the exhaust
system of the diesel engine (Euro VI) that
mainly absorbs particulates in exhaust
gases to reduce environmental pollution.
The DPF switch is in a position on the
instrument close to the vehicle's door.
Sulphur Content: The vehicle must use
fuel of the Euro V standard, of which the
sulphfur content is < 10 ppm.
Lubricant: lubricant of API CJ-4 level or
above should be used, and engine oil or
fuel can't ow into the catalytic converter
when you conduct daily maintenance.
Driving Advice: it is suggested not to
drive the vehicle at a low speed for long. If
