Steps to replace the lter element:
1. Loosen the xed screws with a Phillips
screwdriver.
2. Gently pull forward and open the cover
upwards.
3. Take the air lter element out.
4. Replace the new air lter element.
5. Close the cover and tighten the screws
with a Phillips screwdriver.

● Do not driver the car when the air
lter element is removed; otherwise,
severe wear will be caused to the
engine.
● When removing the air lter element,
be careful to avoid dust or dirt
entering the intake pipe; otherwise,
the engine may be damaged.
Genuine components of JAC should
be used; if not, it may not be possible
to lter out dust and particles in the
air, resulting in abnormal engine
wear and aecting the function of
the exhaust gas purication device.
● The use of contaminated air lter
elements will directly aect the
intake volume of the engine, which
may cause engine failure, increase
wear, and aect its service life.
Check the function of the brake booster as
described below:
1. Depress and release the brake pedal
several times with the engine o. If the
movement (travel) is the same each time
you depress the brake pedal, proceed to
the next step.
2. Depress the brake pedal and start the
engine. The pedal height should be
lowered.
3. Turn o the engine with the brake pedal
depressed. Depress the pedal for about
Check whether the parking brake is
functioning properly. If any abnormality is
found, please contact the after-sales service
shop for inspection as soon as possible.
If the brake pedal cannot return to the
normal position or the braking force and
braking distance are abnormal, please
check the braking system at the after-sales
service shop as soon as possible.
