Starting and driving
Warning
● When driving on slippery roads, you
should keep a longer distance from
the vehicle ahead.
Frozen and snowy roads are quite
smooth and hard to drive on. In such
cases, the traction or grip of the
vehicle will greatly reduce. Avoid
driving on frozen and snowy roads
as much as possible.
When driving on a frozen and
snowy road, you'd better not apply
emergency braking and avoid any
turning.
When driving on a wet and slippery
road, do not use cruise control.
Driving in cold weather
(2)When you drive uphill to park the
vehicle and there are curb stones, turn
the wheels away from the curb stones,
slowly move the vehicle backward until
the wheels on the side of the curb stones
slightly touch the curb stones, and apply
parking braking.
(3)When you drive uphill or downhill
to park the vehicle and there aren't curb
stones, please place stones or blocks at
the position of the wheels to prevent
accidental movement of the vehicle.
Battery
In a freezing climate, if the vehicle has
a low battery, the battery uid will be
frozen and the battery will be damaged. To
ensure the eect of the battery, it should be
regularly checked.
Changing a high-quality coolant
You must use the coolant of the specied
model and change and add it according
to the maintenance requirements. You
should check the coolant when winter
comes and determine whether its freezing
point conforms with the expected winter
temperatures.
Changing the engine oil used in winter
At some temperatures in winter, we suggest
you use engine oil of low viscosity in
winter. If you can't determine which engine
oil you need, please ask the after-sales
service store for help.
Inspecting the wiper blade
Before operating the wiper, check whether
the wiper blade is frozen on the windshield.
If it is frozen, you have to wait until the ice
melts and the wiper blade can freely move.
