Installation of spare tires
1. Remove any dirt or dust from the wheel
and hub surfaces.
2. Carefully install the spare tire and pre-
tighten the left wheel nut in clockwise
direction (pre-tighten the right wheel
nut clockwise). Check and make sure
whether all wheel nuts are in horizontal
contact with the wheel surface.
3. Rotate the jack handle counterclockwise
and slowly lower the vehicle until the
tires contact the ground.
4. The wheel nut wrench functions to
tighten the wheel nuts in sequence
shown in the gure, and fully tighten
them in sequence. The tightening torque
for the front and rear wheels is 130 ± 10
N · m.
5. Lower the vehicle completely and
remove the jack.
Warning
● Top or bottom of the jack is not
allowed to be underlaid with any
pad.
● When the vehicle is in a jacked state,
please shut down the power system
and apply a rm parking brake.
Otherwise, the vehicle may suddenly
move and cause accidents.
● Do not leave passengers in the
vehicle when the tires are lifted o
the ground.
● Before jack operation, please read
the caution label attached to the jack.
● The jack should be used on level rm
ground wherever possible.
● It is recommended that the wheels
of the vehicle be chocked, and that
no person should remain in a vehicle
that is being jacked.
● No person should place any portion
of their body under a vehicle that is
supported by a jack.
Warning
● Wheel nuts must be tightened and
maintained at the required torque at
any time. It is suggested to tighten
the wheel nut to desired torque
whenever the lubricant is replaced.
● Improper use of spare tire may cause
the vehicle out of control, resulting
in collision or any other accident,
and casualties may be caused
thereby.
