Vehicle bottom
Vehicle bottom has been specially treated.
Damage to the protective layer during
driving however cannot be avoided. It
is recommended to regularly check the
protective layer on the vehicle bottom
and chassis. Carry out maintenance if
necessary. Maintenance or other anti-
corrosion measures shall be carried out by
the after-sales service.
In areas where road deicing salt is used in
winter, the vehicle bottom shall be cleaned
regularly to prevent the accumulation of
dust and salt which will accelerate the
corrosion of vehicle bottom and suspension.
Before fall of winter, and upon arrival
of the spring, it is required to check the
sealing performance of the vehicle, which
may be re-processed where necessary.
Exhaust pipe and muer
Visually check the exhaust pipe, muer
and hanger for cracks and damage. Start
the engine and carefully listen for any
abnormal noise caused by exhaust gas
leakage. Tighten the connectors and
replace if necessary.
When the engine is running, do not touch
any exhaust system components to prevent
from scald.
After the engine has been running for a
long time, it is prohibited to touch any
exhaust system component within 30 min
of shutdown to prevent scald.
Clean the windows and exterior
rearview mirrors
Remove residual wax
Remove ice accretion
Remove snow cover
The window glass and exterior rearview
mirror can be wetted with a glass cleaner,
and then the glass surface can be dried with
a clean cloth. Residual rubber, oil, grease,
and silicone on the window glass can be
removed with a glass cleaner and silicone
remover.
Residual wax must be removed with a
special cleaning agent. For more detailed
information, please consult the after-sales
service.
It is best to use deicing spray for the
purpose of deicing. If using a deicing
shovel to remove icing, do not scrape the
ice back and forth in several directions, as
dirt may scratch the window glass.
A small brush is used to remove snow
cover from the windows and exterior rear
mirrors.
