Starting and driving

● For switching between 4L and
other modes, the vehicle must be
stationary.
● Please do not switch drive mode if
the rear wheel of the vehicle slips on
ice and snow.
● When the vehicle is switched from
"2H" to "4H" after it is running in
cold area, noise may occur. Please
stop the vehicle and then switch
mode in this case.
● Do not switch between "4H" and
"4L" during driving.
● In "4L" or "4H" mode, the ESC
system is o by default, and the
indicator on the instrument cluster
ashes and the indicator on the
instrument cluster goes out. When
the "2H" mode is started again, the
ESC system returns to normal.
● Do not drive before successfully
starting or stopping "4L" mode;
otherwise, the drive components of
the vehicle may be damaged.
● When driving in 4H mode, keep
a speed of lower than 80 km/
h; otherwise, an alarm will occur
and vehicle components may be
damaged.
● When driving in 4L mode, keep a
speed of lower than 40 km/h and
reduce sharp turns; otherwise,
an alarm will occur and vehicle
components may be damaged.
● When the vehicle is in stationary or
there is a strong resistance between
the front and rear axle, there may
be time delay when shifting gears
in 4WD in 2H, 4H, 4L mode (the
indicator in 4WD the knob will ash
and the tip that moving the vehicle
will be on the instrument). At this
point, please slow down (the speed
should be lower than 5 km/h) and
drive straight, then slightly move the
vehicle back and forth to shift gears
in 4WD.
● When entering or exiting 4L mode,
if there is no time delay prompt of
shifting gears, the vehicle should
be stationary and keep in N gear
until the mode switching is nished,
otherwise, the transfer case may be
damaged.
● It is forbidden to perform 2WD hub
tests in 4H and 4L mode (including
the operation where the front wheel
does not turn, and the rear wheel
continues to slip on the raceway or
on the ice and snow road).
● If there is a tire pressure alarm, it
must be conrmed in time, and the
tire pressure should be replenished
in time to eliminate the alarm; if tire
consistency cannot be guaranteed
for the time being (including
replacement of non-full-size spare
tires), the 2H mode must be used,
and tires of the same specications
and models must be replaced as soon
as possible (the driving mileage is
not more than 50 km).
● Do not start the engine or turn the
tires when lifting the vehicle in 4H
and 4L mode with a jack. Otherwise,
the vehicle may detach from the jack
and rush out, causing casualties.
