Safety
Warning Warning
● Infants shall always be placed in the
child restraint system when riding in
a vehicle. Failure to do so may result
in serious injury or death.
● Never hold an infant on your lap!
Even the strongest adult cannot
resist the force of a serious accident.
In the event of emergency braking
or collision, a child can be crushed
between an adult and vehicle parts,
potentially resulting in serious injury
or death.
● When the vehicle is equipped with
a front passenger airbag, do not
install a rear-facing child restraint
system on the front passenger seat.
In an accident, the rear-facing child
restraint system may be hit by a
rapidly deployed airbag, which may
result in serious injury or death.
Be sure to select the child restraint
system suitable for your children and
vehicle. Some types of child restraint
systems can not be installed correctly
in your vehicle.
● The child restraint system shall be
installed and used strictly in strict
accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions. If the child restraint
system is not xed properly, the
risk of child injury will be greatly
increased in the event of emergency
braking or collision.
When the child restraint system
is not in use, continue to x it to
prevent the child ying out in the
event of emergency braking or
collision.
Child restraint anchorages are
designed to withstand only those
loads imposed by correctly
tted child restraints. Under no
circumstances are they to be used
for adult seatbelts, harnesses, or for
attaching other items or equipment
to the vehicle.
Notice
After installing a child restraint
system, test it before placing the
child in it. Shake it left and right, and
pull it forward forcefully to check
that the child restraint system is xed
in place. If the child restraint system
is not xed, reinstall and test it.
● The temperature of a child restraint
system placed in a closed vehicle
for a long period of time may
become very high. Check the surface
temperature of the child restraint
system before placing the child in
the system.
