Replacing Tooling in the Front Section
This machine is a powerful electro-mechanical
motion control system. If servicing this machine fol-
low all safety guidelines Failure to do so can result in
damage to equipment and/or serious injury to person-
nel.

Replacing Bits in the Front Section
This section describes the steps to change the pre-drill bits, router bits, and chisels in the heads on
the front section., shows the locations of the replaceable parts inside the heads
Pre-Drill:
Drills pilot holes for
insertion of screws on
the jamb and the door
Router: Routs the
hinge pocket on the
jamb and the door
Counter Rotate
Router:

minimizes chip outs
on door and Jamb

Chisels: Two chisels per assembly. Square
