.How to Access to Bit Assemblies
1. Shutdown the machine and follow the “Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
2. After machine is locked and tagged out, loosen remove the screws from the Top
Dust Cover.
3. Fold back cover to access the bit assemblies.
Remove and Replace the Router or Pre-Drill Bits
Caution: Before performing this process, turn off all power to the machine. Follow
proper lockout/tagout procedures as detailed in the safety section of Chapter
1 of this manual.
1. Use a 17 mm shaft wrench and a 3/8 “collet wrench to remove the bit on the pre-drill
or router assemblies. See Figure below.
