Option: Quick Change Knuckle Assembly
This option adds the ability to switch from a standard (narrow barrel) knuckle hinge to a wide
spring-knuckle hinge. Changeover time between knuckle sizes is 1 second. A switch that is
located on the 8-shooter hinge applicator triggers a solenoid to retract to provide space for the
wide spring hinge.

To Use this Function:
Flip the switch to activate the Solenoid. Place the wide knuckle hinge into the Hinge Appli-
cator. See “Quick Start” on page 2-31 , for the procedure to apply hinge.
