Advanced > Protocols: NetBEUI
Peer-to-peer printing is available using NetBEUI protocol. With this
method, the printing system is conveniently located in Windows Network
Neighborhood.
Advanced > Management / E-mail: SMTP
The printing system network component offers an e-mail function. SMTP
(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is an embedded protocol to support this
function. To use the e-mail function, the printing system needs connection
to an e-mail server via POP3 protocol.
NOTE: The following information must be configured to send e-mail.

in Windows Network Neighborhood. With this option
set to Off, the printing system can only join an existing
workgroup. Note that with Browse Master disabled,
the printing system will only appear on the network if at
least one machine in its workgroup is turned on and
can perform the browse master function.

General tab (Advanced> Protocols: TCP/IP: General).
