Setting the “Priority Device” Function
This function is used to specify the print timing for print jobs that are received.
(The default setting is “Printer”.)

Additional Information
If “Copier” is selected, the print jobs are queued as a job after the data for all
pages are received, then printing begins.
If “Printer” is selected, the operation is queued as a job when the data for the
first page is received, then printing begins.
1 Press the [Utility] key.
2 Touch [User’s Choice: 2].
3 Touch [3/3].
4 Touch [Priority Device].
5 Touch the key for the
desired setting.
6 Touch [Enter].
7 Touch [Exit], and then
touch [Exit] in the Utility
screen.
The Basic screen
appears again.
