10.9 Setting the “Gradation Adjustment” Function
The color gradation levels can be adjusted if they are incorrect.
In addition, perform the “Gradation Adjustment” function after replacing the imaging
unit.
1 Load 11 × 17 L-size paper into the 1st drawer.
❍ Letter C, A3 L or A4 C can be loaded instead.
2 Press the [Utility] key.
3 Touch [Admin. Mode].
4 Using the keypad, type in the administrator code.
❍ Touch [Enter].
5 Touch [Gradation Adjustment].
The Gradation Adjustment screen appears.
6 Press the [Start] key.
A test pattern is printed.
