10.1.3 Daily servicing work
The daily servicing work includes the checking of the print head and in particular of the
deflector unit, the charging electrode as well as of the guides for dirt. If necessary the
components must be cleaned as described in the chapter Cleaning.
10.1.4 Weekly servicing work
The weekly servicing work includes the checking of the spindles and of the guides of the
nozzle seal for dirt. If necessary the components must be cleaned as described in the
chapter Cleaning.
SERVICE WORK
This work must only be carried out by trained personnel or by Leibinger
service technicians!
10.1.5 Annual servicing work
The manufacturer recommends a regular servicing interval of 612 months.

10.1.6 Spare parts and wear and tear parts
It is strongly recommended using only genuine LEIBINGER spare parts and wearing
parts. Only by this a safe and accurate operation is ensured. LEIBINGER offers a wide
range of spare parts and wear and tear parts. Please ask your local LEIBINGER dealer
for details.
Using third party parts may affect the warranty!

Wear and tear parts:
Wear and tear parts underlie damages that naturally and inevitably occurs
as a result of normal wear or aging.
A spare part may also be a wear and tear part!
