5 How do I know whether or not the
LU600 unit is connected to the
Internet?
You have the following options:
• Connections Screen: Check whether any of the interfaces (modems or Ethernet)
are connected in the Connections screen (see 33). Connected interfaces display a
green indicator.
• Check that the unit is not offline.
6 The LU600 unit does not connect
to the Internet. What is the
problem?
• There is no cellular reception.
• There are no SIM cards inserted in the LU600 unit.
• The SIM cards are not activated or do not support the data plan.
• Modems are not plugged in properly into the USB ports inside the LU600 unit.
• The APN is not configured correctly on the modems.
7 What is the purpose of the micro
SD slot?
The micro SD slot can be used for the Store & Forward option (described on page 50) and
the File Transfer option (described on page 58).
8 Which modules can be used in the
LU600?
Verify which modules can be used with your LiveU support representative.
