Provisioning channel units other than the
SPQ
494 channel unit in the NBS is done
the same way as provisioning channel units at the
SLC
-2000 RT/HDT. Once you
provision the shelves in the HDT for fiber distribution (via the
SLC
-2000 CIT or
UIP) and you set the number of lines hosted by each DT Server (via the CIT),
provisioning of individual channels in the ONU follows the service order flows
described for the RT/HDT.
