11.3.3. RETURNING TO NORMAL STATUS
Pressing the front acceleration button and Auto/Man button at once during the running status switches to ‘Normal’ status. The
Mv output is provided from the control module.
The Backup view (Engineering view > Backup) shows ‘Normal’ status and all the LEDs are at off state.
CAUTION !
Before returning to the normal state, conrm that the Mv 2 output of the control module and that of the backup module do
not have a great deviation. If these values has too great a difference, the Mv 2 output suddenly changes at the moment
of the switching.
11.3.4. LED TEST
LED testing can be performed when the Controller is in ‘Normal’ status, to conrm that LEDs are functioning properly.
Go to Engineering view > Conguration view > LED test and set ‘Enable.’ Conrm all LEDs turn on.
Set ‘Disable’ to quit the simulation test.
11.3.5. BACKUP MODULE ERROR
Check the following items when the backup module error message is indicated.
• In backup mode, Mv2 output value and output feedback value from the control module exceed normal range (±20%), or
Mv2 output is open. Connect the accompanying resistor module (model: REM4) if Mv2 is not wire-connected.
• Only one loop (Group 02) is used. Set MV output terminal of Group 02 to Item 26 (Mv2 contact terminal) of Group 04 using
Loop Conguration Builder Software (model: SFEW3E).
• Power is not supplied to the backup module. When the backup module has its own power supply, check whether the wiring
is carried out between the backup module and the power supply.
