13.5.5 Procedure for reassembly of the sprocket on the
roller ARC00030 (splined shaft)
1. Fit the assembly as outlined in the black box above as far as part 46
2. Replace part 46 with a heavy 8 mm (minimum) wall spacer with the same
diametre as the original part.
3. Thread the bolt into the top of the roller and tighten it so that the roller
assembly pulls into line.
4. Remove the bolt and spacer and replace with parts 46, 47 and 48.
5. Tighten the bolt to the torque as outlined in table 15.4.
