3.31.5 Readiness of Circuit Breaker Protection
Circuit breaker failure protection will not be available should one of the following
conditions be met:

The CBF function is not activated.
●
Circuit breaker protection is being blocked by an appropriately configured
binary signal input.

All CBF timer stages have been set to “Blocked”.
