Calibration method to register the output of strain gage applied transducer at the time
of maximum display after setting the load to zero(0).
Warning ● Before using the new instrument or after exchanging the sensor with
new one, be sure to make calibration.
If calibration is not made, correct measured results may not be
obtained, nor it may cause malfunction to the instrument and it may
damage the peripheral equipment.
Moreover, even if calibration is made, there may occur the similar
possibilities as above when the result is not correct. So make precise
calibration again.
● When executing calibration, be sure to cancel Tare and also to
cancel(Cancellation of FUNC−98) the compensated data at zero
setting, and set OFF zero tracking. (Set the FUNC−07, and
FUNC−08 to “000000”)
If neglected, the calibration may not be executed properly.
● During calibration procedures, press the key in case of
interrupting the calibration is needed.
The calibration data will be kept as they are before entering the
calibration, and then returns into Measurement mode.
● With the “FUNC” display at the load display section, when the
key is pressed, the display will change as the following arrow marked
display at every time the key is pressed.
But, when the key is pressed, the display will change conversely to
the arrow marked direction every time the key is pressed.
However, as for the display of “VCAL” and “VADJUST”, it will display
only when optional analog output is applied.
“FUNC” → “CCAL” → “CHECK” → ”MONIT” → “VCAL” →
“VADJST” → “FUNC” → “CCAL” →････(Hereinafter, it will repeat.)
