Part Maintenance Interval
Charging
pads/broom
Disconnect the battery on
the robot. Using your
hands, ensure that each
pad moves up and down
freely.
Clean the charging pads
using sandpaper. Also clean
the pads on the charging
stations.
Clean the broom and check
that it is intact.
Check monthly, and replace
as needed. See the guide

Heat sink See the guide How to clean
the heat sink on MiR600 and
MiR1350 for instructions.
Check every two months or
after the robot has driven
1000km.
Can be increased to three
months or 1500km if very
little dust is accumulated in
the heat sink.
3D cameras Check for visual defects, for
example cracks and
scratches.

Check monthly, and
calibrate or replace as
needed— see the guide

Proximity
sensors
Check for dust or dirt, and
clean with a swab.
Check weekly.
