5.3.6 Drive Wiring
The steps for wiring the DM2020 drive are as follows:
5.3.6.1 Grounding
Mount the DM2020 drive to the control cabinet's metal structure, ensuring that the contact surface is
adequate and that the connection is at low resistance and inductance. Do not mount the DM2020
drive on painted or insulated surfaces.

The following figures show the braking resistor connection points. Use a shielded cable for the
connection, with shielding closed on the drive side.
