Please perform one of the follow-
ing corrections.
• Execute Clear All Memory oper-
ation.
• Download the tag data link set-
tings.
• Clear the tag data link settings.
Do not turn OFF the power supply
to the Controller while downloading
the tag data link settings.
Memory error If the above measures do not work,
replace the CPU Unit.
