 16-bit High-Precision IGBT Output Operation (Timer 7)
When setting the TM7MD4.T7NODED to "1", the IGBT waveform with a specified duty can be generated by set-
ting the IGBT cycle in TM7OC1 and the "High" period of duty in TM7OC2. The high-precision IGBT output
function can be used in Timer 7.
